Each Sound Bath is unique to the energies present. We guide you through a meditation & then 'bathe' you in sound. Various sound healing instruments are used to allow your mind & body to relax, release, rejuvenate & restore.

*Yoga Mats & Blankets will be provided, but please feel free to bring anything that makes you feel comfortable (Blankets, pillow, yoga mat, etc.).
