In our desire to be effective & fair to our clients, & out of consideration of our practitioners' time, we have adopted the following cancellation policy. Please read over them carefully as our policy has been updated. You will be emailed a copy of our Cancellation Policy at the time of booking.

24-Hour Cancellation policy for all private sessions. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, you will be considered a no-show & therefore will not be refunded.

Less than 24-Hour Cancellation will be considered a no-show, therefore the session will not be refunded.

All private sessions & workshops MUST be paid in full at the time of booking. All packages MUST be paid in full at the time of purchase. Packages are to be used within 6 months of purchase.
